SAN FRANCISCO, June 29, 2011 Quantcast announced today the appointment of Jag Duggal to Vice President, Product Management. Mr. Duggal joins the company from Google, where he was Group Product Manager responsible for driving the company’s brand display product suite as well as the overall strategy for the Google display business. At Quantcast he is charged with strategic positioning, development and management of the company’s product set, including its targeted display advertising and audience measurement solutions. In this role, Mr. Duggal is a member of the executive management team and reports to Quantcast Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Konrad Feldman.
Mr. Duggal brings to Quantcast exceptional product development and leadership skills. Prior to Quantcast, he led development and commercialization of one of Google’s most important Display products and defined strategy for the second largest business unit at Google. Mr. Duggal also worked for a decade at Oliver Wyman, a leading management consulting firm, where he was a Principal in the Digital and Strategy practice. There, he advised Fortune 100 CEOs and executive teams on development of Internet and technology businesses. Mr. Duggal developed market strategy, product requirements and business plans for multiple new businesses that scaled to greater than $500m in revenues.

Mr. Duggal holds his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and is currently on leave from his Masters in Public Administration at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, which he interrupted to join Google.
