SAN FRANCISCO, CA, April 16, 2018 – Quantcast, the world’s largest AI-driven audience behavior platform for the open internet, today announced the appointment of Disha Gosalia as Vice President of Service Operations and Support. In this role, Ms. Gosalia will be responsible for leading Quantcast’s global customer service organization. Based in the company’s San Francisco office, she will report to Quantcast’s Chief Operating Officer, Rob Horler.

Ms. Gosalia joins Quantcast from General Electric where she was responsible for scaling up the global customer support & operations team for GE’s Industrial Internet and Big Data analytics platform. While at GE, Ms. Gosalia led a Devops transformation, to influence company-wide decisions that directly impacted customer outcomes and operational productivity. Prior to GE, she worked at CallidusCloud, where she helped build onshore & offshore support teams, establishing support processes and tools as well as customer account management & renewals.
