San Francisco, CA — August 6, 2020: Quantcast, the audience intelligence company and leader in consent management, today announced the appointment of advertising and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) expert Constance Cannon Frazier to its Board of Directors.

Frazier will lend her considerable experience to Quantcast’s DEI program and the company’s initiatives to bring more diverse voices into the organization. In addition, she will contribute to Quantcast’s work with advertisers and its mission to radically simplify advertising on the open internet.

“Connie has been a remarkably positive force in the advertising community. Her work at the American Advertising Federation (AAF) — particularly around education and diversity — has undoubtedly driven the industry forward,” said Mike Kelly, Board Member of Quantcast and CEO of Kelly Newman Advisors. “Her personal values and unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion have inspired a whole generation of leadership, and we look forward to learning from her expertise as a member of our Board of Directors.”

“Connie brings a wealth of experience and valuable new perspective to our Board. Her passion for the advertising industry and resolute belief in its duty to improve the communities it serves is evidenced by the many successful diversity and talent programs she has championed for the industry,” said Konrad Feldman, CEO of Quantcast. “We’re thrilled to have Connie at Quantcast.”

Frazier joins Quantcast’s Board of Directors following an extensive career in the advertising industry. Frazier spent over 15 years at the AAF, most recently as its Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the organization’s strategic planning, administration, and coordination of all services, programs, and operational activities. She was also an integral part of the company’s efforts to increase diversity and multiculturalism within the industry. Frazier currently serves as the treasurer of the ADCOLOR Board of Directors. She recently launched a consulting company, Cardinal Change Consulting, which aims to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within academic institutions and corporations.

“Quantcast is committed to developing technologies that advance the advertising industry as a whole,” said Fraizer. “Today, advertising is at a pivotal moment in history; it controls and influences the vast majority of the messages that permeate our digital ecosystem. We have a responsibility to ensure our actions, as a collective, make a positive impact on society. One clear way to do that is through DEI initiatives that touch every corner of an organization. I’m thrilled to join Quantcast’s Board to help bring this vision to life.”

Frazier has received numerous industry accolades throughout her career, including the Howard University School of Communications Global Visionary Leadership Award and the Gerald Sass Award for Distinguished Service to Journalism and Mass Communication Education. Frazier received her Bachelor’s in Journalism from Howard University and her MBA from Tulane University.
