LONDON – Sept. 12, 2013 – Quantcast, a digital advertising company specialising in audience measurement and real-time advertising, has made two key appointments in France and Germany as the company executes on expansion plans for Europe in Paris and Munich.

Quantcast announced the appointment of Franck Lewkowicz as managing director, France, and Paco Panconcelli as managing director, Germany, to head up operations in the two countries.

Lewkowicz and Panconcelli’s remit will be to establish the business, build a client base in France and Germany, and spearhead the company’s international expansion. Quantcast is a leader in Big Data for the digital advertising industry and is among the top five data processors in the world. Major brands such as Boots, Avis, Monsoon, Skype and Mandarin Oriental, and leading media agencies such as Walker Media and MEC, use Quantcast Advertise across Europe to reach their audience at scale and grow their business.

Lewkowicz brings more than a decade of experience working in digital media in France. Prior to joining Quantcast, Lewkowicz was sales director at Orange Advertising. While at Orange Advertising, Lewkowicz led the creation of the company’s first Web portal along with a referral engine and its first mobile offering.

Panconcelli is a veteran of the digital industry with more than 12 years of experience working in digital media in Germany. Before joining Quantcast, Panconcelli was vice president of sales at IDG Tech Media GmbH.
