Wickes, a home improvement retailer with a very strong market presence, wanted to further increase awareness of its brand with online video (OLV). They needed a partner who could help them better understand consumer knowledge of their brand within their competitive set.
They leveraged Brand Lift Live, Quantcast's real-time brand lift solution, to measure and optimize towards those most receptive to the brand, asking control and exposed respondents “which of the following DIY brands have you heard of?” They leveraged video assets with video wraps to maximize brand impact.
The home improvement retailer saw a 9% lift in brand awareness, which was a strong performance due to their already strong market presence. They also saw a 4% lift on mobile, 19% lift on desktop, and 62% on tablet, highlighting that the campaign resonated best on larger screens.
