Quantcast Wins Two WMA Awards

The Web Marketing Association (WMA) today announced the winners of its tenth annual WebAward Competition for website development.

Quantcast has been awarded two Standard of Excellence Awards — one for Information Services and one for Marketing.

Winners in Information Services have included eMarketer, Factiva, The Wall Street Journal Online and Hoovers.  Winners in Marketing have included creative agencies like J. Walter Thompson, Young & Rubicam, Arnold Worldwide and Leopard.

The WebAward Competition enables websites to compete head-to-head with other sites in their category.  More than 2,400 sites from 40 countries were judged in 96 categories this year.

Entries also compete against a standard of excellence in their category, and are judged on seven different criteria: design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation and use of technology.
