At Quantcast, we continually invest in creating an inclusive and diverse environment where everyone can confidently be their authentic self. We are proud to receive a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) in recognition of our commitment to LGBTQ employees.

The 2019 CEI is run by Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the education arm of the United States’ largest LGBTQ civil rights organization, and evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. Quantcast joins the ranks of over 560 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.

Quantcast’s score is the result of the hard work of the members of our LGBTQ employee resource group, the Pride Alliance at Quantcast in partnership with our Human Resources team and senior leadership. From Quantcast joining the Human Rights Campaign’s Business Statement for Transgender Equality to sponsoring the Lesbians Who Tech + Allies Summit and our annual Pride Month celebrations around the world, The Pride Alliance at Quantcast is committed to supporting employees in the LGBTQ+ rainbow and their allies.
