Offering the Ad Choices Icon for Marketers

Consumer privacy has always been a top priority for Quantcast.  This includes giving consumers clear notice and choice about the ads they see. In support of this, Quantcast is now serving the “Ad Choices Icon” for advertisers who wish to feature it within their advertising.

The icon was developed by the online advertising industry’s Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising to provide consumers with more effective tools for notice and choice. Clicking on the “AdChoices” icon brings consumers to a page to learn more about online advertising, where they can control the types of interest-based ads they see.

Our participation in this cross-industry rollout is part of our efforts to support clear notice, choice and control for consumers with the ads they see.
