We actively conduct salary surveys to ensure pay equity and gender parity in our compensation structures, and ensure our vendors also pay fair wages.

Quantcast’s campaign and data approval policy prohibits ad campaigns or related services that are discriminatory, harassing, predatory, offensive, or illegal, or promote self-injury, bullying, hate speech, or violence against others.
Quantcast is an active member of W3C, IAB, IAB Tech Lab, NAI, Project Rearc, and Prebid. We believe in working together to help shape the future of privacy and identity management. We’re a pioneer in the field of consent management and have worked hand-in-hand with IAB US and IAB Europe to shape compliance frameworks for both CCPA and GDPR.
