Virginia Hospital Center-Arlington Health Systems is a general medical-surgical facility providing health care services to residents of northern Virginia. The hospital has nearly 350 beds and boasts all-private rooms since the opening of an expanded facility in 2004. The $150-million construction project also added a larger emergency room and larger radiology and diagnostic imaging facilities. In addition, Virginia Hospital Center provides outpatient rehabilitation services and runs an urgent care clinic that furnishes primary care for minor emergencies.
